General Information & Organization Descriptions

This application is for current undergraduate students in Columbia College and The Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science who wish to apply for membership to the Global Recruitment Committee (GRC), the Multicultural Recruitment Committee (MRC), and/or the Undergraduate Recruitment Committee (URC) for Spring 2018. You may apply for membership to more than one of these organizations.

The Application

Please complete this application by 5pm on November 5.

Once you have submitted your application online, you will receive an email confirmation of its receipt, as well as additional information about signing up for an interview appointment. Interviews are required for each organization.

All interviews will be held during the month of November. Please note that URC interviews will last approximately 20-30 minutes and may be conducted by Admissions Officers and members of the URC Advisory Board- a select group of current students who oversee various outreach initiatives and help govern the URC. The MRC and GRC both conduct group interviews. You MUST sign up for and attend your interview to be officially considered for membership in the Recruitment Committees.

Decisions will be emailed to all applicants by Monday, November 27. While the processes are selective, please remember that all Recruitment Committee membership and activity is volunteer and non-paid.
